Parce qu&rsquo;ils sont \u00e0 contre-courant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un monde de vins de plus en plus puissants, les vins basques misent sur la finesse, l&rsquo;acidit\u00e9, et une identit\u00e9 atlantique tr\u00e8s forte.
